Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how eKuber ("the App"), developed by Anoint Tech ("we", "us", "our"), handles user information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Information We Do Not Collect

eKuber does not collect any of the following:

• Personal information (names, email addresses, phone numbers)
• Location data
• Photos, camera, or media access
• Contacts or call logs
• Device sensor data
• Usage analytics or crash reports

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data only on your device using Android's SharedPreferences:

• Transaction data — cash withdrawal and deposit amounts, currency denomination counts, transaction dates, and note condition categories (Fresh, Re-Issuable, Soiled, Paid)
• User preferences — your chosen language and theme (light/dark/system default)

This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. It remains entirely under your control on your device.

Permissions

eKuber requests only the following Android permissions:

• INTERNET — required to display advertisements via Google AdMob
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — required to check network availability before loading ads

No other permissions (camera, location, storage, contacts, etc.) are requested or used.

Third-Party Services

eKuber uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob is the only third-party service integrated into the App. We do not use any analytics, crash reporting, or other third-party SDKs.

Google AdMob may collect certain information including:

• Device identifiers (advertising ID)
• IP address
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
• General device information (model, OS version)

Report Sharing

eKuber allows you to generate and share transaction reports in PNG, PDF, or text format. Sharing is entirely user-initiated and uses Android's built-in share sheet. We have no access to shared reports, and the destination of shared content is determined solely by you.

Android Backup

Android may include the App's SharedPreferences data in Google cloud backups as part of the standard Android backup service. This is managed by Android, not by eKuber. You can opt out of cloud backups in your device's Settings > System > Backup.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it:

• To clear all App data: go to Settings > Apps > eKuber > Storage > Clear Storage
• To remove all data permanently: uninstall the App

Children's Privacy

eKuber is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The App is a financial utility tool intended for general audiences.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
